They decided to remove yearly VIP accounting several monthes ago I think ... there has been a post about that at that time. They said that was because of some paypal tricky things. Not sure about if this is the real reason or if it was to make VIPs pay a little bit more (since the yearly fees where lower than the monthly one * 12).
For the charts, I'll make them with J2EE, but you won't see the stuff (I can give it to you if you want) cause that's won't work on ASP server. You'll just have to write something like <img src="http://www.klasen.eu.com/ib/setsPerMonth.png" alt="Sets per month" /> or something similar to that ...
I have some work to do, but it's on the right way ...

Hi there ... I'll try to be clear ... I'm just a frenchie trying to speak in Shakespeare's language ;o)
Since no one can subscribe for a yearly VIP, the VIP renewal date will become unuseful soon. Just monthly VIP can be subscribed, so the renewal date is in fact the next refill day. And since the renewal is automatic, the date loose its sense. That's why I tryed to say.
BTW, I'm currently making some automatic charts about IB sets/famillies/groups. Something quite similar to dyar monthly report. It will be pictures available from an URL. When this will be done, I'll give you the URLs. You should be able to integrate them into the home page of IBD if you want. I won't be sad or anything bad against you if you don't integrate ;o) no worry !

Icon set Promises
IMHO this should go in two places.
1) under friends.
provide a list of promised icons by user with a month to send column.
perfection would be an (optional) e-mail reminder on their renewal day for all sets due that month.
2) Under Icon Set - list of friends and the month due. (inverse view of the same table)
I am patient - how about next week ;) I will double your pay!

OK, so 'Promised to User' means 'I have made a promise to this user that I will take the set'.
as opposed to 'I have promised to send it to this user'
No you have explained this field it makes sense - you can only receive a set from from one user.
What would be nice then is the inverse - For a given user (friend) On a given date (default to refill date of the friend if known) I have promised to send this set.
confused?
Deliveries records what I have sent - Promises record what I have been asked to send.
