Play PackRat on Facebook: our feverishly addictive new game

Hi everyone, know about .ICL file?

I always liked customizing shortcuts with IB icons i downloaded, in "My Document" i even have a folder called My Icons - where all the IB icons sets are stored!!!

I recently heard about ICL files (short for "icon library" i think). I currently use WIndow XP and when you want to change an icon of a shortcut you would right-click on the shortcut, ->properties ->Change Icon.

A new window will show up, when you browse for "eg.ico", the main body of the window will show just one icon, when you browse for "eg.icl", all the icons that have been compacted in the file shows up in the body area.

I'm trying to find a good (+free) software that does that ... compacting/putting all the icons together into ICL file.

Hope you can help
