Ex VIP sadness
Hum ... I just "lost" my VIP status (renewal date passed).
But why does I nearly lost all my tokens ? I mean I had 21, then become non-VIP and kept just 1 token ! I should had 14 since my refill is 14 tokens now (4 bonuses since I reached 10K and 20K while VIP).
I've been stolen !!! Where's the police ? ;o)

Yeah the Chef's need to fix or improve the system. So many VIP complain about losing tokens.

When you lose your VIP status you go back to the tokens you had when you became VIP. And also you recover the refill date you had then.
If you had just one token when you became VIP, that's what you have now. And you'll refill to 14 on your old-non-VIP refill day. :)

Actually, they deduct the 20 bonus vip tokens from your current token value. That is how ex-vips end up with a negative balance until their re-acquired refill date.

Seems to me if the VIP person paid for the tokens and was use to the new refill schedule, they should be able to keep them.
