Chiefs : Enhencement idea !
A friend of mine, freshly IBer, asked me how to ask me for a set.
I told him to let me a whisper, but he was surprised not to see a button such as "Ask for a set" on my profile page.
That's a good idea. This should let a message in your profile page (like the welcome one or the xxx added you as a friend one). You should then go to the person's page and send him/her the set, or just click on a yes/no link as for accepting a request, but to send it (if you have stamps of course) ...
chiefs ? Any opinion ?

Clever idea, thanks for passing it along! Right now we're happy with the various ways of getting icons from your friends, but we'll keep it mind.

And what about allowing users to submit icon sets ? Let's say it's submitted to chiefs approval, and should cost just 1 token and sent freely to the submitter ... and take part of the 4 groups roll deliveries or not, at your discretion ;o)
That's an idea I submitted on a previous post about IB attraction going down because of less sets and people with all sets/no stamps like me.

If requesting a set could also block others from sending it to you in the meantime then I would love a "ask for.." feature. The chefs may be happy as things are, but since they don't collect the sets as we do, they probably have not experienced the frustrations of trying to get a set from someone in particular.

You know... too many chiefs spoil the pie; this is clearly a case of too many indians and not enough chefs...

Come on Chefs don't just take it under advisement. Supersize IB! Maybe some Packrat downloads too! And I want a warm cookie and more Swedish women.
