What do you use to modify icons?
I was just curious at what programs people use to utilize the icons.
I noticed several people have made avatars utilizing icons they've collected.

Photoshop, of course.

An icon modifier, of course!
Seriously, you can use any program that creates/modifies pixels however, for serious work you would probably need the vector sources for best results.

A vector program would probably be best...you know, Illustrator or Freehand etc.

For strict icon work, I use Microangelo, but I know that it's seriously underpowered.
