WHERE THE HELL IS MY VIP??

Hi dear Chefs,
We have a big problem here : I've lost my VIP status and i'm back with 10 tokens whereas they was 18 tokens (or more i can't remember) in my wallet and i was VIP... and My refill was on the 26 and it's now the 19!
What happened? what are you going to do??

There seems to be a problem with the monthly VIPs again. I've noticed several who suddenly seem to have lost the gold badge.

Not 100% sure but there was someone else complaining yesterday and a VIP I normally trade with suddenly isn't.

Ouch. Be sure to email the chefs directly with your problem. -- chef at iconbuffet dot com -- They might not see these messages on the forum.

If you're on the monthly plan, maybe your credit card decided to block the renewal? Credit card companies tend to think of low-amount repeat charges as "suspicious", and unfortunately, decisions about "suspicious" charges are usually left up to computers and wacky algorithms.

hmm, maybe. It's probably something like that, i'll ask my bank on monday. The problem, is that my renewal was on the 26, So i don't understand why i lost my VIP status 5 days before...

Hm, that's interesting. I noticed something strange when I canceled my monthly VIP a while back. My refill was on the 3rd, but when I canceled, it switched to the 28th, also (what would have been) 5 days before my VIP renewal date. Maybe the VIP renewal dates got pushed ahead 5 days?

Of course, my refill date is now the day that I upgraded to an annual VIP (the 7th). You may want to consider an annual membership once you get this solved. It does cost less in the long-run.

Interesting, maybe credit card orders are made 5 days before the expiration date... good to know!
