The Amsterdam Family is coming to a Badge!
Currently the Amsterdam Family is 9 sets in all. It is the priciest family there is, costing a grand total of 33 tokens for 9 sets.
Not only that, the family also boasts a diamond delivery and 2 unique Iconbuffet sets. For those clamoring for a prestigious badge, now is the time. Only one more set is needed before the Amsterdam Badge becomes available.
And that said... Someone please throw Amsterdam Cookout at me, because I'm gonna be anticipating the next Amsterdam set. ^^

Enjoy the cookout! :)

i can't wait for more badges! only one more for Tower Grove & Taipei, as well!
Steax on Jan 05, 2008
Thanks, anti!
Yeah, it seems like a bunch of families are lining up for their badges.
Tower Grove has a total value of 23 tokens, and Taipei's total is 15 tokens. That makes Amsterdam twice as valuable as Taipei.
Well, Tower Grove's last set was on the 14th of December, which is nothing compared to Taipei's last set which was on the 26th of July. Come to think of it, has anyone seen the badge image for Taipei? I can't remember...

@Steax
hehe, you're a real math geek ;)
Sometimes i found bronze sets more valuable as Gold, it really doesn't matter. Indeed, the Amsterdam Cookout is really beautyfull and its on my wishlist for next month.

@Steax
Could this be the Taipei badge?
Steax on Jan 06, 2008
@chii: Haha, sometimes I think I am. =P Well, yeah, the IB set value isn't always comparable to our personal value. It does, however, compare to our purchasing value, and that sucks sometimes. ^^
Amsterdam cookout really is totally awesome! (I've been bursting to say that but I was worried it's price would be raised it I said it before it was released hahaha)
@beneton: Yeah, it was never obvious... And that's quite a row of comments, lol.
@ElleDee: Hmm, I guess that was it. Yeah. I used to think that was Shanghai's but since it got a different one, it has to be that one. Good dig, I've lost track of the blog on badges...
Psy2k on Jan 06, 2008
@ElleDee: This is the Kyoto badge! Etherbian has said it in a previous blog post!
ElleDee on Jan 06, 2008
@Psy2k: Thanks for the clarification. That's kinda a bummer. I really like this badge -and want it!- but looks like we've got a little more anticipation time until Kyoto badge is available.
So then, Amsterdam/Taipei badges?...
debbye on Jan 06, 2008
if you sign up for IB Dashboard, you can see the Badges that have been developed, as well as keep tabs on your sets! :-)
Steax on Jan 07, 2008
Yeah, we want the Amsterdam and Taipei badges... And they should be right around the corner, anyway. I think I'll register with the dashboard now. I've wanted to, but hadn't got the time to do so...

The IB Dashboard is great for keeping track of all your stats! bjendrick developed it with a lot of help with the tweaks from Jen and mik and a little help from yours truly.
@debbye - thanks for the mention.

More than a little help from all 3 of you. Thank you!
