When i try to send a 'pet shop' delivery to my friend, hobbesfreak, it says she already has it. But... she doesn't!

It's possibly "waiting" to be either accepted and/or declined from another member, in which case it would not show up as her having it (on her page) nor would it allow you to send it to her.
