I tried it in Italian, and nothing translated. Since the profile said Mexico, I tried Spanish to English. Personally, I studied Latin, so I'm no good at this one.

Looks like Spanish (or maybe Portugese to me) my guess is it means something like, I'd scratch my balls if I had any nails.

In mexico sometimes we use "Eggs" to refer "Nuts".
