I must warm you that the initiation to become a Chef is so severe that some candidates did not, I am sorry to report, survive it. Others made such loud lamentation by bawling for their mommies that they were too ashamed to hang around for the final decision by The Council of Icon Elders. But seriously, you'd need to talk to Josh about it (though I'm pretty certain what he'll tell you)!
