Nice to be your friend and your granny! This is so much that it will drive you crazy. You have to download the tokens and then open them, and store them in a folder called Icons, that you have created in My documents. That way you can find them again. I lost the first ones I downloaded,as I loaded them into cyberspace. I'll see if I have any more free deliveries that I can send, that doesn't use up a bunch of tokens.
