It's just a placeholder.
Looks like they tried to use a TIFF file for their avatar. That filetype may not be allowed.

that's my daughter. i can't see anything wrong. i did have trouble with mine showing up as a pict, changed to a bmp & it's been fine. is it a "blue ?" ?
