Use of 'smiley' icons

I have read the license page here but wanted to check if my request fits within the guidelines. I'd like to use the smiley icons — Manhattan and Shanghai Tech — on one of my sites as smilies that can be added in your email for WikMail users.

I have some of my own smilies there currently — WikSkins Smilies page — and would love to be able to offer the GIF versions of the icons I mentioned earlier to people to include in their WikMail program.

I'd offer them for free from my site. I wouldn't be using every file in the set, just the GIFS in 32px and perhaps 24px sizes. If I understand the license correctly it's OK. I guess I'm mainly worried about the screenshot on my site showing the icons clearly — although they'd be the pixelated GIF versions of each set.

Oh, and I would link back to the icon set's page here in the description giving credit where credit was due of course :)

Anybody able to let me know if it would be OK to do what I'm asking?
