Geek Girl competition - final questions released!

Okay, so it was called the IBGG Big Sexy Summer competition...and it's now getting towards autumn, but I've had a couple of major setbacks along the way that delayed things a little, and as I'm a bit dim at the moment I hadn't realised the end date was so very close and that I hadn't yet released the final set of questions.

Due to this, rather than everyone scrabbling about to answer the last batch of questions, I've extended the competition deadline by a week to midnight on Tuesday, 30th October (I also have a day off work on the 31st, so I'll be able to work out the final scores and announce the winners).

If you haven't already submitted your answers to earlier batches of questions, the form for submission of competition entries is still available (I'm sure if we as Anti nicely she's remind us where it is), so get your answers in.

Remember you can gain extra bonus points by requesting sets from me, IBGG members, and Pirates (remember to say you're entering the competition so I know I need to add points for you) – the competition rules explain how the bonus points system work

Also, for the final week of the competition, from now until the end of the competition, a special offer for those who haven't already entered the competition to date (I have a list of those who've already submitted answers to the quiz) – triple points on one delivery request only - simply ask for an icon set from me, an IBGG, or a Pirate, and you'll get triple bonus points for that request – but only if you've not already submitted answers to the quiz!

How's it work?

Accepting a delivery from me: take a bronze and get 9 points (normally 3), take a silver and get 15 points (normally 5), take a gold and get 30 points (normally 10), take a diamond and get 45 points (normally 15)

Accepting a delivery from an IB GeekGirl: 9 points (normally 3)

Accepting a delivery from a Pirate: take a bronze and get 6 points (normally 2)

...and if you're a member of the IB GeekGirls or Pirates and you've not already submitted answers in the quiz, get 30 bonus points instead of the usual 10.

Remember also (and this applies to all entrants), if you want the answer to a question you're stuck on, accept a delivery from any of the IBGG Bakers, and you'll get the answer to the question you need. The IBGG Bakers are KatieK, Anti, justG, lparziale, Firesong, and Debbye

Nope. Sorry, I forgot to mention I decided to drop that one from the comp in the end on the grounds that it's gonna be far too complicated to score.

I'll probably post it at a later date as something for people to have a go at if they're bored and want something icon related to do, but not as a competition. It's got over 130 icons on it and I realised the other week it would be a nightmare to work out the scores for.
