About badges
It would be nice to have some sort of explanation about the badges, I have a few since re-signup and some have little x's on them. I thought at first that the ex'd ones I still needed to earn or something, and were there as place holders, but I see that brand new members don't have them at all, sooo? I can't figure it out.
Anybody know more about them? and in case it is a secret and will be revealed in the future, anybody got theories about them :D

If you roll over the images you'll get some short explanations for each one. I think what you're seeing as Xs are actually sparkles. ;)

LOL oops! I did see the roll over text, and that is why I thought they were placeholders or something like that, like they were there for when I made 5 gold deliveries for example, and I thought that the little "x" would dissapear or something LOL sorry! now I can't stop seeing it as an x

I was wondering why one of my badges had a white x as well. Guess that mystery is solved. Maybe it would look more like a sparkle at an angle?

Yeah...I figured they were X's as well, but since those ones are for 10 whatever I assumed it was a Roman numeral.

Nevermind...just realized that some of the ones for "5 something" also have them so the Roman numeral thing wouldn't have made much sense. :)

ok, so to recap, as discussed on another blog, it seems to be that badges are awarded when you collect a certain amout of sets.
so far it's known that:
an avatar will give you a wedge of cheese
getting 5 deliveries of a type of metal will get you a medal (all metals)
10 deliveries will get you a bar (all metals)
20 deliveries will get you a bronze bust, or a silver bullet, or a pot of gold (depending on the metal)
I hope the next badge given isnt at 50 or more, or maybe I do if that means the cheffs will be baking lots and lots of icons XD

That's the extent of the badges at this time so far as I know. Though there was some mention here of badges for friends and points - but just like the points themselves, I don't think they have it all planned out yet.

Has anyone received the 20 silvers or golds badges yet? I have yet to see anyone with them.

I forgot about mentioning that there arent enough silver or gold sets out there yet, to get the next badge and the one's that were seen in peoples profiles were due to a bug in the system, so at least 2 or 3 more sets of each are needed to get the next badge

funny, i thought the x's were only on the "I have ten __ deliveries", so I thought it was a Roman numeral ten (X). I guess I assumed without paying attention. And we all know what assuming does . . .
